Footwear & Essential Needs Outreach Program
Helping Our Community Move Forward—One Step at a Time
Starlilly Community Outreach Corp’s Footwear & Essential Needs Outreach Program provides new shoes, socks, clothing, hygiene products, and other necessities to underserved individuals and families throughout the Las Vegas community. The program primarily serves people experiencing homelessness, food insecurity, substance-use recovery needs, mental health challenges, and economic hardship.
Properly fitting shoes are essential for health, safety, mobility, employment, and personal dignity. Through community giveaways and direct outreach, SCOC works to ensure that our neighbors have access to comfortable footwear and the basic necessities they need to move forward with confidence.
Our next major distribution will take place during SCOC’s Christmas Giveaway on December 19, 2026. We anticipate serving approximately 300 individuals and families with footwear, food, clothing, hygiene supplies, and other essential items at no cost.
