Elder Keith Humes of the "Halfway House Master Mind Training" as well as his online presence and education on YouTube have been an integral part and influence of Starlilly Community Outreach Corp & Starlilly Transitional Homes' development. It is our objective to take the information and values we have learned and apply to our community expediently as the state of homelessness is at an all time high.
